Worship Through It: Trusting God in Every Season

There are moments in life when the weight of the world feels unbearable, and it’s easy to get lost in worry and fear. It’s natural to feel overwhelmed when we face uncertainty, heartache, or struggle. But as I listened to Tasha Layton’s powerful song “Worship Through It,” something deep inside me stirred—a reminder that no matter what I face, God has always been there, carrying me through every storm. And He always will.

The words of the song struck a chord with me because I realized how often I’ve allowed worry to cloud my faith. How many times have I looked at my problems and wondered, “How am I going to get through this?" But then I think about all the difficult seasons I’ve been through before. There have been moments when I felt completely lost, unsure of how I’d make it through, yet God was there, faithfully guiding me every step of the way. He has never failed me, not once.

It’s easy to forget that we serve a God who can do anything. When we’re in the middle of a battle, it’s natural to want to fight with our own strength, but this song reminded me of something simple yet profound: sometimes, we don’t need to do anything except worship. Worship takes our eyes off of our circumstances and places them where they belong—on God, who is bigger than any problem we face.

Worship isn’t just about singing songs; it’s about surrendering everything—our worries, fears, and doubts—into His hands. It’s an act of trust, a declaration that even when things don’t make sense, we know that God is working behind the scenes. He’s weaving together every detail of our lives for His glory and our good.

When I look back at my life, I see how God has always brought me through the toughest seasons. He’s carried me when I couldn’t walk, comforted me when I was heartbroken, and provided when I was in need. So why do I still worry? Why do I doubt that He will bring me through this time? My God can do anything.

Whatever you’re facing today, I encourage you to take a deep breath and worship through it. Trust that the same God who brought you through your darkest moments before will do it again. He’s never left your side, and He never will. Let this song be your anthem as you surrender your burdens to Him and find peace in knowing that God can do anything.

Lord, in the midst of my struggles, help me to lift my eyes to You. Remind me that worship is my weapon, and You are bigger than any obstacle I face. I trust that You will bring me through every storm, just as You always have. In Your mighty name, Amen.
